We send a written recap deck to every sponsor inside two weeks of the event. It includes total reach, attendee profile, sponsor-mention press hits, social impression baseline, on-site activation foot traffic, and direct lead capture (where applicable). Most renewing partners attribute multiple booked accounts to a single event within 90 days.
Naming-rights co-branding (“[Brand] presents [Event Name]”), top placement on all signage, paid media, and earned media, a 40×40 activation footprint, custom programming inclusion (panel slot, awards co-branding, or product drop), full pre + post content package, and right of first refusal on the same event the following year. Capped at one Title partner per event.
Yes — and most of our renewing partners are on multi-event deals. A three-event package across our 2026 flagships unlocks meaningful savings against single-event rates and includes carry-over inventory if a tier is sold out at one event. We’ll structure terms during your discovery call.
We don’t take sponsorships from delta-8 distributors selling outside the licensed market, MLM-structure CBD brands, or brands explicitly competitive with a Title partner already locked. We also pass on brands that want walking-tour exposure without a meaningful activation — the room reads through that quickly and it costs the partnership.
Discovery call within five business days of inquiry. Tier and inventory confirmation typically within two weeks. Title and Headline contracts run 4–6 weeks of structuring. Featured and Community tiers can move faster — usually two weeks from first contact to signed agreement. Earlier inquiries get the better activation slots.
